Pickup and delivery information:

• These items are available for pickup only from 1 December 2023 to 1 January 2024.

• Pick-up will be available daily from 10am to 5pm from either the Damansara Kim & If Only (KL) outlet.

• If you intend on delivery, please arrange it from your side and inform us at least one day in advance.

Order specifics:

• Please ensure that each order is for the same pickup day and pickup location.

• If you intend to pre-order items for different pickup days, please place your orders separately according to the desired date.

Cancellation policy:

• Please note that there will be an admin fee of 5% for every cancellation of orders placed with us.
